FGF PRO / INVESTMENT

From prototypeto pilotproduction

A working printer has already been built. The next step is to refine it and lay the groundwork for series production.

/01

What we have achieved

A working prototype with our own extruder has been built. Print samples have been produced using different polymer families. The printer and samples have been presented at an industry exhibition.

The next step is to prepare a pilot batch, expand the database of tested polymer grades and refine the design for series production.

FGF PRO TEAM

Building a product we would buy ourselves.

We are a small, close-knit team with a passion for 3D printing. We enjoy designing, building, experimenting with materials and seeing an idea become a working machine. That is the spirit behind FGF PRO.

Everything we have created for the project so far has been funded entirely from our own resources. We invest our time, energy and money, driven by enthusiasm and belief in what we do. That is how we reached a working prototype, which we continue to improve.

Our guiding principle is simple: build a product we would want to buy and use ourselves. FGF PRO should be useful in real work, leave room for experimentation and help people bring their own ideas to life. We are making it for people who love 3D printing as much as we do.

Our ambitions go beyond building a printer. We want the project to help put plastic waste back to use, turning unwanted material into feedstock for new products. That is another reason we are developing pellet printing.

LONG-TERM GOAL

From plastic waste —
to useful new objects

One of our long-term goals is to create a complete plastic recycling cycle, from preparing waste to printing useful new objects. This is a direction we still need to develop. FGF PRO is our step toward making this approach more accessible not only to large manufacturers, but also to small workshops and enthusiasts.

What funding will enable

Prepare a pilot batch and move toward series production of FGF PRO.

ALREADY ACHIEVED

The prototype is built and printing

We have progressed from designing the machine to building a working printer. It already lets us print parts, experiment with materials and identify the improvements needed before producing a pilot batch.

01Our own extruder

We have built a working prototype with an extruder developed in-house for printing directly from polymer pellets. It provides the foundation for further development of FGF PRO.

02Real sample prints

We have tested a wide range of polymers on the prototype, using different print settings and nozzle diameters. The resulting samples and practical experience help us select settings for each material and task.

03Experiments with formulations

We have gone beyond ready-made materials, trying our own mixtures with colorants, glitter, wood shavings, bronze powder and other additives. These experiments are part of exploring what FGF PRO can do, from changing the color and texture of objects to finding new printing formulations.

04Demonstration at an industry exhibition

The working printer and sample prints have been presented at an industry exhibition. The gallery shows the prototype, demonstrations and printed objects.

The next task is to move from a working prototype to a pilot batch: prepare the design for repeatable assembly and test several machines in operation.

Discuss investment opportunities

We invite investors to take part in developing FGF PRO, from a working prototype to a pilot batch and subsequent series production.

At an in-person meeting, we will show the prototype and print samples and discuss the technical solutions and development plan. The funding amount and participation terms will be discussed individually.
